			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our subscription to <a href="www.economist.com">The Economist</a> mysteriously stopped coming a few weeks back and reappeared today. I was more than pleased. The Economist is great because it is so overwhelming. A full magazine, with very few advertisements, at your doorstep every seven days. It almost like an information super highway of some kind&#8230;</p>
<p>I couldn&#8217;t help but be inspired by <a href="http://www.economist.com/world/africa/displaystory.cfm?story_id=10443153">The good, the bad and the president</a>. Ribady and his department have been actively prosecuting corrupt officials in the Nigerian government. Even with the current hiccup, huge progess has been made.</p>
<p>While the American Presidential Primaries rage on with endless talk of &#8220;change&#8221; and &#8220;reform&#8221; one can&#8217;t help but wonder, &#8220;if Nigeria can pull it off, maybe we can too.&#8221;</p>
