		<description>Oh my, oh my how I agree with this. You wouldn&#039;t believe what&#039;s happening with my laptop. I have to have it wired at all times because the stupid Dell XPS 13 hot keys don&#039;t work. And there&#039;s no way to turn it off. Nor can you turn wireless on or off without them. It sucks.

And how this relates to the obvious statement of yours is they won&#039;t do anything about it.

Dell Tech Support: &quot;That will cost around 150 dollars to fix.&quot;
Me: &quot;Try free.&quot;
Dell: &quot;No sir, this is a software issue. It is not covered.&quot;
Me: &quot;Well I read online that there are hundreds are having this problem&quot;
