On 10.26.09 Danny D. wrote these pithy words:
Oh my, oh my how I agree with this. You wouldn’t believe what’s happening with my laptop. I have to have it wired at all times because the stupid Dell XPS 13 hot keys don’t work. And there’s no way to turn it off. Nor can you turn wireless on or off without them. It sucks.

And how this relates to the obvious statement of yours is they won’t do anything about it.

Dell Tech Support: “That will cost around 150 dollars to fix.”
Me: “Try free.”
Dell: “No sir, this is a software issue. It is not covered.”
Me: “Well I read online that there are hundreds are having this problem”
Dell: “The internet is not reliable.”
